Omar Baloch, Esq.

Omar Baloch, Esq., is of counsel to the HMA Law Firm and is the founder and principal of the Law Office of Omar Baloch, PLLC in Raleigh, North Carolina, near the famed Research Triangle Park, a hotbed of information technology, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies often called the "Silicon Valley of the East."  The Law Office of Omar Baloch is a strategic partner to The HMA Law Firm. Omar's law practice focuses exclusively on the area of immigration and nationality law. Omar Baloch utilizes his experience with immigration law to counsel his clients on domestic immigration policies whether they are individuals or corporations seeking to hire foreign workers. In the past, he has met and spoken about immigration law with various local human resource departments and corporate executives.

Omar sought to create a firm that focused solely on immigration law. He and his staff of attorneys and paralegals are dedicated to the practice of immigration law because of the intrinsic reward in helping people achieve their dreams for themselves and their family members. Omar is not only an immigrant himself but comes from a family of immigrants to the United States. His family came to the United States utilizing the entire spectrum of immigration visas. Initially, they came as students who then decided to remain to work and continue their lives in the United States. Some came on employment based visas such as H1B's and L-1's who then obtained labor certifications and filed for green cards based on their employment category. Others came through family sponsorships such as marriage.

Omar has a unique ability to relate and communicate with his clients. His firm was created with the prospective client in mind. He believes that real time communication, efficient use of technology, up to date understanding of immigration law, and immigration strategy are the most effective ways to obtain results for his clients whether they are individuals or companies.
