  • If you have an in-person consultation scheduled, please dial in to our conference line at your appointed time: (267) 930-4000, passcode 234-569-234#.
  • Though we are open, we appreciate your patience during this pandemic.

If you have a court date or an interview before USCIS:
  • As of today, USCIS offices are closed until at least April 1, 2020. Stay tuned. We will update this page as soon as information becomes available regarding any potential closures.
  • This means all biometric appointments, green card interview, citizenship interviews, and oath ceremonies have been cancelled.
  • Immigration courts remain open. However: all non-detained master calendar hearings are cancelled and will be reset.
  • If you have a trial (individual hearing) coming up, or are detained, your hearing has not been cancelled.
  • If you are feeling sick, or have any symptoms such as a dry cough, fever, or shortness of breath, advise us immediately.

Remember:
  • It is all of our responsibility to fight the coronavirus.
  • Stop handshaking – use other non-contact methods of greeting
  • Wash and clean hands frequently and vigorously
  • Do not touch your face
  • Cover coughs and sneezes
  • Disinfect surfaces like doorknobs, tables, desks, and handrails regularly
