Sometimes your immigration application takes a long time...too long.

Filing a writ of mandamus may be an option for you.  Like any option, it has benefits and risks.  Use the form on the right to tell us about your case.  We'll provide you with a preliminary determination tailored for you, free.

If we determine that filing a writ of mandamus may be an option, you can schedule an in-depth eligibility analysis for $250.

Remember that if you are filing for citizenship (form N-400) and have already had your interview more than 120 days ago, you have an option other than mandamus: an action under Section 336(b) of the INA (8 USC 1447(b)).  Contact us to determine your eligibility.

We have strategic partners in many states to assist us in filing writs of mandamus in courts throughout the country.  Be sure to let us know what state your case is pending in.

Filing a writ of mandamus has certain consequences.  Only an experienced attorney can help determine whether it's right for you.  Do not file a writ of mandamus without a lawyer.  Do not file "cut-and-paste" lawsuits you might find on the Internet.
