Welcome to the HMA Law Firm Immigration Services Page!

                                              How Can We Help You?

                                              Ellis Island, Immigration Lawyer
This is first and foremost an immigration law firm, and we are here to help you.

The easiest way to start is by telling our immigration lawyers a little bit about your issue.  You can either call us at (703) 964-0245 or use the form on the right to send us an email.

Unlike most law firms, we offer a service called CaseAssist, for people who cannot afford to pay a lawyer for the entire case.  With CaseAssist, you get the benefit of attorney experience for a fraction of the cost.  To learn more, click here.

Although our offices and lawyers are in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland and North Carolina, we can help you no matter where you live, because immigration is a federal matter.  We routinely represent clients throughout the United States and many countries around the world.

The first consultation (up to 10 minutes on the phone, or one email with response) is always free.  There is no obligation.

If you do decide to retain our law firm, you will find that our fees are reasonable, we are  flexible with payment plans, and offer family and volume discounts.

Our lawyers have nearly 4 decades of combined experience in immigration.  We don't shy away from the "tough" cases, and we fight hard for our clients.  We are a full-service immigration law firm, and over the years have dealt with a great variety of situations: we have almost always seen it before. Some recent notable cases are:
