The easiest way to start is by telling our immigration lawyers a little bit about your issue.  You can either call us at (703) 964-0245 or use the form on the right to send us an email.

Although our main office is in Northern Virginia*,  we can help you no matter where you live, because immigration is a federal matter.  We routinely represent clients throughout the United States and many countries around the world.

Use the form on the right to contact us to set up your consultation or call us at (703) 964-0245.

If you do decide to retain our law firm, you will find that our fees are reasonable, we are  flexible with payment plans, and offer family and volume discounts.

Our lawyers have several decades of combined experience in immigration.  We don't shy away from the "tough" cases, and we fight hard for our clients.  We are a full-service immigration law firm, and over the years have dealt with a great variety of situations: we have almost always seen it before. Some recent notable cases are:

Criminal Immigration:
  • 212(c) relief for convicted cocaine dealer, re-obtained green card and is now a US citizen
  • NACARA relief on remand from the BIA who could not demonstrate eligibility for the petty offense exception
  • Cancellation of removal for permanent resident with 3 crimes involving moral turpitude on record
  • Cancellation of removal for non-LPR alien; met burden of "exceptional and extremely unusual hardship"
  • Dozens of plea agreements reached that protected client's immigration status
  • Withholding of removal won for deportee who illegally re-entered the US and who was an aggravated felon (burglary and bail jumping)
  • Convinced Admin Appeals Office (AAO) that there was no wilful misrepresentation under 212(a)(6)(C)(i) and therefore no need for a hardship waiver

Business (Employment-Based) Immigration
  • Convinced USCIS of specialty occupation classification for several H-1B petitions
  • Successfully showed compliance after Neufeld employer-employee memo of Jan 2010
  • E-2 treaty investor approval won for former H-1B employee who was not able to obtain labor certification in time for AC21 extensions
  • EB-1 approvals won for multinational executive, outstanding researcher, and alien of extraordinary ability

Family-Based Immigration
  • Successfully appealed I-485 adjustment denial where dependent family members had been out of status for over 3 years
  • I-485 approved for K-2 entrant who had been out of status for 23 years
  • I-130 approval won for client against whom USCIS made an initial finding of marriage fraud under 204(c)
  • Green card approved for long-delayed applicant who sued in federal court only to be dismissed and targeted with burdensome RFE's and a Notice of Intent to Deny
  • Successfully overcame derogatory infor-mation and prevented revocation of previously approved I-130 visa petition
