                                            CONSULTATIONS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Choosing the right lawyer should not be complicated.  Sometimes you need some information before you decide to hire.  We make it easy, offering two simple choices for potential clients to consult with us.
                                            1. Initial consultations are free.  If by phone, you get 10 minutes. If by email, we will endeavor to respond within 1 business day.  We're sorry, but we are unable to review any documentation as part of the free consultation.  Also, certain questions may require additional research and if this is the case, we will advise you of the case research fee.   However, you will always be given the chance to accept or reject services.
                                            2. Formal consultations include review of reasonable documentation and 1 hour of face-to-face time with an attorney (or up to 1 hour on the phone if you are unable to travel to our office) and costs $150.
If you've paid a consultation fee, you get 30 days to decide whether you want to hire us for your whole case.  If so, the consultation fee will be deducted from the attorneys' fees.  If you decide you don't want to hire us, you owe us nothing more.

To schedule a consultation, call the main office at (703) 964-0245or return to the consult page and use the form to send us an email.
