                                              CaseAssist

We recognize that sometimes you don't need to retain a lawyer for an entire case.  Sometimes you just need a few questions answered.

Perhaps you want to bring your spouse yourself, or file for citizenship yourself.  USCIS filing fees can be expensive and many people cannot afford a lawyer for a full case.

So at our firm, we give you the choice.  Retain our firm for the full case, or simply retain us to answer case specific questions you may have as you complete the work yourself.  In such cases, we will not enter our appearance before USCIS, but you can get the benefit of our experience and help avoid mistakes.

Currently, this program, which we call CaseAssist, is only available for the following types of cases:

                                              • Marriage-based Visas
                                              • Family-based Petitions
                                              • K-1 Fiancée Visas
                                              • K-3 Spouse Visas
                                              • I-751 Joint Waiver Petitions
                                              • Citizenship

CaseAssist fees start at just $399 (less than the cost of most USCIS filing fees) and are never higher than $599.  If accepted, you will get a complete, customized case review, including instructions on how to fill your forms, where to send them, documentation checks, and suggestions on how to strengthen your case with optional evidence.  With CaseAssist, we do not actually complete the forms ourselves nor do we act as your attorney before USCIS. But you get the benefit of attorney experience at a fraction of the cost.

CaseAssist fees are flat, payable in advance, and cannot be combined with prepaid consultation fee credit.

Please note: CaseAssist is not for everyone, and its use is discretionary.  We reserve the right to deny requests for CaseAssist.
